Founder of The Body Love Lab, Jenna Jones has been working
within the field of eating disorders for the past 6 years, and
within this time she has successfully developed
evidence-based approaches to treating her clients. Jenna
believes in providing a safe space for exploring the process
and journey to improving one’s relationship with eating
disorders, disordered eating, and/or body image issues.
The Body Love Lab aims to provide an evidence-based, self-help program using psychological resources and tools geared towards shifting away from diet culture and society’s stereotypical standards. By providing a virtual platform for learning, one can learn self-acceptance and start taking the proper steps towards healthier lifestyle and recovery.
